Today will feel a lot like yesterday—just a little warmer. Can you believe it? We’d better start doing our snow dances again. Highs in the base areas will reach the 40s, while temperatures at the top of the rock should climb into the upper 30s. Expect light southwest winds, with gusts reaching the high teens.
Be sure to cover up and wear that sunscreen—the UV rays bouncing off the snow surface are sure to give you a strong goggle tan. If we stay consistent with our Ullr praises, he may bring us some snow showers as early as tomorrow afternoon, though the forecast more strongly suggests that snowflakes could be flying on Christmas Day.

Happy Monday, everyone! It’s officially the holiday season, and with lots of folks off work this week, today is a perfect day to come up and enjoy Eldora! Electricity is back at full capacity. With multiple lifts spinning and a solid selection of open terrain ready for laps, there are numerous beginner and intermediate groomed runs ready for you to rip. The forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies, mild temps, and breeze, setting up for a beautiful day with excellent visibility across the mountain. These pre-holiday weekdays are a prime opportunity to get out, enjoy the snow, and soak in those Front Range views before the busiest days arrive. Grab your gear, bring your friends, and we’ll see you out on the slopes! 🎿🏂❄️
☀️ Good morning from Loveland! No new snow overnight, but the mountain is ready for fun! 19 trails and 6 lifts are open. Sunny skies today with highs near 38°. Bundle up—it’s breezy. Perfect day for family turns and mountain smiles!
SNOW is on the way and bringing a White Christmas to Purgatory! For today, 7 lifts are now turning with 30 open trails, 17 of those groomed. Santa will be shredding around the slopes all day. Come find him and he may have some early gifts for you! The Tubing Hill is also open daily from 10-4 with tickets available in the Columbine area. Conclude your 2025 with some fresh snow as this Christmas storm seems to be lurking into the New Year!
